We are so excited here on the border that NSW is opening the border with Victoria on November 23! And given the low number of cases in Melbourne over the last few days, we expect all will go ahead with opening up Melbourne to the rest of Victoria this Sunday. On a personal level that means that we, along with many other families around the country, can see each other for Christmas this year, which is even more special than usual.

And of course, it also means we can start welcoming YOU back to our Cellar door! Things will be different for a while, with all the Covid regulations, but it will be great to start seeing people here again.

If you are planning a trip, here's a run down of what you need to know:

- we will be hosting wine tastings on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays only (we've discovered that working 7 days a week does actually take it's toll, so we are keeping Sundays for ourselves)

- bookings are essential. This ensures we can give everyone the best experience possible, while remaining safe.

- by law in Victoria, tastings have to be seated and there are limits on how many people we can have in our cellar door (10).

- we will be following CovidSafe best practice and providing each tasting sample in a fresh glass (this avoids the risk of cross contamination from the bottle), and sanitising tables between each group.

- we will be offering our most popular wines for tasting and you will be able to taste up to 4 or 5 wines.

- there is a tasting fee of $10pp which is refundable on purchase (Cellar club members free)

- please be on time for your appointment, as if our numbers are at capacity for the next timeslot, we unfortunately will not be able to extend your session.

- if you just want to pop in and buy some bottles you can do so Mon-Sat 10am-4pm. However, we still recommend you call or email in advance, otherwise Cellar door may be unattended if we have no bookings, or there may be a wait if we are already at capacity.
