2011 Sparkling Durif

A sparkling red made from 100% Durif. It has all the richness and dark berry fruits you'd expect from a Durif, but also a smooth creaminess, super fine bubbles, and extra complexity.

Great with rich meat dishes such as osso bucco, or flavoursome cheeses.


This wine was bottled in late 2012, and after completing secondary fermentation, was left to mature on yeast lees for 6 years.

All Sparkling wines, including sparkling reds, should be well chilled before opening to avoid gushing.
