A crisp, dry, refreshing sparkling white, with flavours of stone fruits, subtle yeasty complexity, and a "fluffy" texture.
It is fabulous with seafood, Asian food, Greek food, Antipasto platters, and even bacon and eggs!
This wine is made from 100% Chenin blanc grapes grown in our vineyard in Rutherglen.
It was bottled in Summer 2017/18, and after completing secondary fermentation, was left to mature on yeast lees for over 5 years.
