A rich, flavoursome Durif with a degree of elegance and class. We are looking for full bodied fruit, good aging potential, and a silky smoothness to the tannins.
It is very enjoyable now now, or can be cellared for a number of years (to 15+ years old).

The Storyteller label is in honour of our multi-generational family pet, Cocky - a cockatoo who lived from 1940 - 2013. On one hand he was loud, opinionated and not afraid to express himself. But equally, he could be surprisingly gentle, and was beautiful and elegant. A bit of a bird equivalent of this wine really!
