2022 Sparkling Bellerina
"A good sparkling wine should dance on your tongue like a ballerina" - Howard Anderson
Introducing "Bellerina", the sparkling version of our still rose "Belle". It's made from early harvest Shiraz and Durif, made as a (pink) sparkling white, and bottle fermented using the traditional method. It's dry, refreshing, and a wonderful aperitif.
