2015 Sparkling Cellar block Shiraz Durif

Our Cellar block Sparkling label is reserved for Sparkling reds which we feel epitomise the style. This blend of 70% Shiraz and 30% Durif presented itself in our blending trials as a perfect candidate for a Sparkling red, so we just had to bottle it! 

Now 10 years old, it has richness, smoothness, great structure, finesse and body, and now also creaminess and extra complexity from extended maturation on yeast lees in this bottle for over 8 years.
