2018 Sparkling Cremant - Member only

A dry Sparkling white.

This is an early release Pinot noir Chardonnay Meunier blend (early release for us anyway… it is 3 years old which is still older than many on the market).

It has had about 2 and a half years maturing on yeast lees in the bottle, so has some nice creaminess and complexity to go with the fresh fruit characters.
