2022 Sparkling Tempranillo

A good three-plus years on yeast lees brings added depth to what remains one lively and fresh sparkling tempranillo. It smells and tastes remarkably youthful and energetic, with blue fruits, dark cherries, plum and hints of wild strawberries coated in chocolatey spices, nuts and red earthiness. Clean, fresh, medium bodied and attractively fruity, it is guided by fine tannins and an enlivening acidity. A nice addition to the Anderson sparkling wine community.
