2022 Sparkling Rutherglen cuvée
We blend Chenin blanc & early harvest Muscat to make this uniquely Rutherglen dry Sparkling white. It's traditionally fermented in the bottle and matured on yeast lees in the bottle for over 12 months. It's refreshing and dry with delicate fruit and creamy bubbles.
