2022 Sparkling Cremant

A dry Sparkling white made from Pinot noir, Chardonnay & Pinot meunier from Whitlands at the top end of the King valley.

It has had over one and a half years maturing on yeast lees in the bottle, so has some nice creaminess and complexity to go with the fresh fruit characters.
